It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavina Glynn of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Genesee, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harvey and Effie Morden Harvey; her husband Wilbur Glynn; her grandson Matthew Glynn; and her brother Mark Harvey.
She is survived by: her daughter Joy; her son-in-law Jay Donald; her sons, Daniel (Rebecca Glynn), Paul Glynn and John (Denise Glynn); and her grandchildren, Jeramy Glynn, Jami Tucker, Kyle Glynn, Carmyn Glynn, Jared Glynn, Justin Donald and Jacob Donald. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; one great great grandson.
