Laura Ann Allen Harold Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 81, Laura Ann Allen Harold of Mount Airy, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Allen and Ella Mae Allen; her husband L. K. Harold; her son Dennis Harold; and her siblings, Sidney Allen, Herbert Allen, Gladys Cooke, Margaret Graves and Magalene Hudson.
She is survived by: her children, David Harold (Carla), Michael Harold (Amanda), Shelia Smith (Eric) and Tracey Johnson (Ricky); and her grandchildren, Jennifer McNeilus (Chris), Ben Harold, Charles Harold, Laura Smith, Eric Smith (Chelsen), Alice Wood (Jonathan), John Smith (Carla), Taylor Kromer (Rich), RuthAnn Davis (Ben), Evelyn Harold, Paul Harold, Shawn Harold, Leah Harold, David Johnson (Rebecca), Michael Johnson (Brittany) and Joshua Johnson. She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church (123 Mt Carmel Church Rd, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Skyline Memory Gardens (432 Old Buck Shoals Rd, Mt Airy, NC 27030).
