With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Key of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on July 15, 2020 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Key to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Gray and Betty Sutphin Key. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Brian Key of Mount Airy and Stephen Jason; his daughter-in-law Chiachi Key of Winston-Salem; his grandson Sean Wade Key of Winston-Salem; his siblings, Fonda Key Wooster of Summerville, SC and Michael Dean; and his sister-in-law Nancy Key of High Point.
Respecting the current limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a graveside service will be held Monday, July 20, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Oakdale Cemetery, with Dr. David Sparks officiating.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
