He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Linville and Ina Emogene Jarrell Fulk; and his siblings, Gloria Fulk Branch, Carol Fulk Watson and Charles Devon Fulk.

He is survived by: his wife Shera Ann Hull Fulk; his children, Michelle Fulk (Oakie Macarty) and Michael Fulk; his daughter-in-law Paula; his grandchildren, Dixie Fulk, Delaney Fulk, Dustin Senter and Samantha Macarty; his great grandchild Grayson Senter; his sister Kathy Fulk Jenkins; and his siblings-in-law, Allen and Mary Lou Fulk.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 1427 Edgewood Drive, Suite 101, Mount Airy, North Carolina 27030.
