He is survived by: his wife Shera Ann Hull Fulk; his children, Michelle Fulk (Oakie Macarty) and Michael Fulk; his daughter-in-law Paula; his grandchildren, Dixie Fulk, Delaney Fulk, Dustin Senter and Samantha Macarty; his great grandchild Grayson Senter; his sister Kathy Fulk Jenkins; and his siblings-in-law, Allen and Mary Lou Fulk.
