It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine Arrington (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walker and Mary Magdalene McMillian; her husband J. B. Arrington; and her siblings, Elsie Smith, Connie McMillian, Mary Ruth Lawson, Hampton McMillian, Dudley McMillian, Samuel McMillian and J. Leornard McMillian.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila; her son-in-law Mike Utt; and her grandchildren, Jessica Combs, Joe Utt (Ashley), Ashleigh Lineberry (Mark) and Matthew Benfer (Kim).
Due to the limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a service of celebration will be held at a later date.
