She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Landress and Julia Annice Epperson Collins; her husband Irvin Donald "Pete" Ward; and her brother George Donnie Collins. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa W. Walker (Rick) of Mount Airy and Tammy W. Moore (Scott) of Westfield; and her brother Darwin Collins (Vickie) of Claudville, VA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and a nephew, along with many cousins.
