With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Lewis (Mount Airy, North Carolina), born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on February 8, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juanita Lewis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Paul and Sallie Emma Shropshire Phillips; and her siblings, Lettie Arrington and Thomas Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Delmer C. Lewis; her son Bobby; her daughter-in-law Debbie Hutchins; her stepchildren, Hilda Rice, Carolyn Tilly and Dale; her daughter-in-law Mandy Lewis; and her siblings, Minnie Ruth Koontz and Roger Phillips. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
