We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2023, at the age of 78, Joy C. Helms of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Collins; and her husband Bob Helms. She is survived by: her daughter Beth; her son-in-law Steve Arnett; her sons, Rev. Gray (Kim Williams) and Louis Williams; her grandchildren, Amanda Hogan, Bradley, Rachel Williams, Bret Woodruff, Miranda Woodruff and Sara Woodruff; her great grandchild Cameron Parmer; her sister Frances; her brother-in-law Jack Edwards; her brother Tim; and her sister-in-law Donna Collins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
