He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Johnson; his children, Jeff Johnson (Virginia) and Rika Sutphin (Nicky); his grandchildren, Matt Johnson (Carrie), Heidi Johnson (Amanda), Cyndel Kelly (Ryan), Cody Seal (Sam), Jessie Tilley (Chris), Jordyn Johnson and Jade Johnson; his great grandchildren, Landon, Ashton, Gemma, Beau and Keyan; his stepchildren, Allison Collins, Keith Collins (Faye) and Chad Collins (Jon); his stepgrandchildren, Austin Collins (Bri) and Nickee Blizzard (Jacob); his stepgreat-grandchildren, AB, Vaughn and Asher; his sister Janie Hiatt (Wayne); his niece Debby Frost; his friends, Mark Vogler, Rosalyn Thompson (Demi), Theresa Dickens, Johnny and Geraldine; and his close friend Carl Hall. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
