He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Hensley and Elsie Kirkman Hensley; his sons, Darrell Hensley and Ricky Hensley; his granddaughter Tina Martz; his son-in-law Todd Jessup; his brothers, Gene Hensley and Robert Hensley; and his brother-in-law Bill Bowman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lavonda Jessup and Marisa Hensley; his grandchildren, Olivia Jessup, Michael Jessup, Kimberly Simmons and Jennifer Gray; and his sisters, Ruth Woods, Nellie Bowman and Sarah Hamm (Larry).
