He is survived by: his mother Judy Stevens; his wife Niki Stevens; his children, Natalie Stevens and Garrett Stevens (Sarah); his siblings, Angie Knott (Gray), Jennifer Tate (Terry) and Rich Stevens (Nicole); his aunts and uncles, Sis Stevens, Darlene Goins (Dale), Lewis Stevens and Donnie Stevens; his grandmother Bertha Stevens; and his mother-in-law Faye Dollyhite. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
