He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Bode Sr. and Beryl Holyfield; his brothers, Frank and Sam Bode (Bonnie Inman Bode); his daughter Shasta Bode-Brown; his grandchildren, Kate and Sam Brown; his brother Tobbie Warren; his son-in-law Mark (Darlene Romero); and his grandfather John. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
