He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Andrew Arnder and Avie J. Jackson Arnder; and his son Stephen Henry Arnder. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Arnder; and his children, Johnny Dale Arnder (Kathy), Timothy James Arnder (Jennifer) and Nellie Ruth Arnder Kirkman (Roger).
