He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Lucy Lawson Goins; his siblings, Glenn Goins, Ralph Goins, Jack Goins and Gradie Brooks; and his sisters-in-law, Josephine Goins and Marie Goins.
He is survived by: his wife Sheller Sechrist Goins; his children, Donald Goins (Amanda) and Sandy Hobson; his grandchildren, Miraha, Zane, Zack, Haley and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Hayden Riley, Dakota, Kelek, Kayleigh, Baymen, Sebastian and Valicity; his brother Fred Goins (Shirley); and his daughter Lori Hunter.
The family asks that all attendees please wear masks and practice social distancing.
