He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Arthur and Lilla Parker Galyean; and his siblings, Connie Mae Payne, Louise Munoz, Arlis Galyean and Elmo Galyean.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Carlene; his son Donald Keith (Vicki) of Clemmons, NC; his grandson Joseph Keith (Austina) of Advance, NC; and his great grandchild Lora Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
