It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann McMillian Greer (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Edgar McMillian; her son Kevin Bowman; her granddaughter Erika Lachele Evans; her siblings, Louise McMillian and Terry McMillian; and her incredibly special poodle Snuggles.
She is survived by: her daughter Kendel; her son-in-law Antonio Heraldo; her grandchildren, Jonathan Heraldo, Dakota Cruz and Micaela Cruz; her siblings, Jilda McMillian (Jeanette Gravely), Larry McMillian and Gary McMillian; and her close friend George "Joe" Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to The Hinkle Hospice House of Davidson County.
