He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Donathan; his wife Lisa Denise Tate; his daughters, Britany Tate Childress (Jeff) and Ashley Nicole Tate; his grandson Maximus Gray; and his siblings, Jessica Donathan, Brandy Odum, Chris Bowman and Joe Donathan.
