She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleddie Lowe and Oscar B. Hawks; her former husband A. L. Goins; and her stepfather Cecil G. Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Cyndy Vipperman (Jimmy), Sarah Tickles (Rockey, Jr.) and Matthew Goins; her grandchildren, Samantha Tickles, Rockey Tickles, III and Katrina Tickles; her brother Tony Lowe (Libby); and her aunt Opal Lamb. She is also survived by her family and friends.
