He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Anderson Bolt, Sr. and Arlena Belle Sutphin Bolt; his wife Myrtle Marie Wilson Bolt; his daughter Margaret Ann Bolt; and his siblings, Hazel Bolt Yeatts, Vivian Bolt Bolt and Edward Bolt.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Bolt Pugh of Mount Airy; his grandsons, Justin Landry of Mount Airy and Brandon Landry of Ponchatoula, LA; and his sister Vera Parsons of Mount Airy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
