Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jesse Anderson Bolt Jr. of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Floyd, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 87, on September 9, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Anderson Bolt, Sr. and Arlena Belle Sutphin Bolt; his wife Myrtle Marie Wilson Bolt; his daughter Margaret Ann Bolt; and his siblings, Hazel Bolt Yeatts, Vivian Bolt Bolt and Edward Bolt.

He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Bolt Pugh of Mount Airy; his grandsons, Justin Landry of Mount Airy and Brandon Landry of Ponchatoula, LA; and his sister Vera Parsons of Mount Airy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Center of Northwest North Carolina, P.O. Box 692, Dobson, NC 27017.
