We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2022, at the age of 83, Jerry William Norman of Mount Airy, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Norman and Reba Callaway Norman of Thurmond, NC; his brother David Wiley; and his uncle Paul Callaway. He is survived by: his wife Christine Steed Norman; his children, Daniel W. Norman (Debbie) of Dobson, Scott W. Norman (Margie) of Mount Airy, Sherri Wagner (Frank) of Surprise, AZ and Susan Hodges (Kevin) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, David W. Norman, Deborah Hendricks, Thomas W. Norman, Kathryn Norman, Megan Malone, Laura Wagner, Adrianna DiGuardia, Nathaniel and Kara Grace Hodges; his great grandchildren, Samuel, William Hendricks and Bellamy DiGuardia; and his sisters, Janie Barker (Jerry) of Ronda, Deanna Warren of Thurmond and Lucy Taylor of Thurmond. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Mt. Zion Baptist Church Youth, 106 Inspiration Ln, Ararat, NC 27007.
