He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Dianna Arnold (Dee); his stepsons, Davis Jolly and Robert Jolly (Tara); his mother Elizabeth Arnold; his siblings, Ray Arnold, Gene Arnold (Latonna Bowman) and Betty Jo Layne (Scott); his nieces and nephews, Daniel Arnold (Priscilla), David Cox, Meredith Summey (Scott), Tony Arnold, Elliott Arnold (Kristen), Amy Arnold, Geena Atkins, Jacob Arnold, Cori Arnold, Alan Arnold, Delilah Cox, Asher Cox, Eliza Arnold, Lincoln Arnold, Robert Davis and Janet Davis; and his close friend Bert Ravenna.
