She was predeceased by: her father James Weldon Pell, Sr.; her husband Curt Hamlin; and her brother-in-law Creed. She is survived by: her daughter Martha Everett; her son-in-law Steve; her son Joseph Andrew Hamlin; her daughter-in-law Li Xia; her grandchildren, Joseph Andrew Hamlin, Jr., Elizabeth, Caroline Elizabeth Albert, Marcus, Alicia Jean Hamlin, Adam Keith Martin, Anna Leigh Draughn and Garrett; her stepgranddaughter Mattie Everett; her siblings, Lynda Ann Creed and James Weldon "Jimmy" Pell, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Chris. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
