He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvin Uldrick, Sr. and Ethel Tucker Uldrick; his wife Ruby Ann Faw Uldrick; and his brother Sandy Uldrick. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Kaye; his son-in-law Tony Cockerham of Yadkinville; his son Timothy Paul Uldrick of Lewisville; his stepdaughter Cynthia Anne Penny of Mount Airy; and his grandchildren, Corey James Uldrick of East Bend, Ciera of Yadkinville, Chadwick Faircloth of Yadkinville and Landreth Cockerham of Yadkinville.
