He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Younger and Myrtle East Younger; and his son James Mitchell "Mitch" Younger. He is survived by: his wife Janice L Younger; his daughter Melanie Y Winfree; his son-in-law Kenneth D Winfree; his grandchildren, Ross Matthew Scott (Jessica), James Cole Younger, Natalie Mae Younger, Leah Renee Winfree and Anah Younger Winfree; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Maddy, Layla, Mary Elizabeth, Tyler, Ofelia and Van. He is also survived by friends with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice.
