He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bryan McMillian, Sr. and Elsie Strickland McMillian; and his wife Joyce Gayle Jarrell McMillian. He is survived by: his daughter Tonya McMillian Inscore (Ronald); his brother Dale McMillian (Elizabeth); his nieces, Monica Wilhelm (Kevin) and Traci Griffith (Larry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bailey, Sophie, Josie, Logan, Avery and Reagan.
