She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Frank Hines and Ima Lee Cassell Hines; her husband Gail Spane, Sr.; her siblings, Mildred Hines Kemper and Robert Hines; and her son Gail Spane, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda S. Kniskern (Gary) and John T. Spane; her grandchildren, Jennifer Epperson (Kelly), Scott Kniskern (Andrea), Lisa Brown (Damian), Candace Hazelwood, Alex Spane and Helen Elizabeth Spane; her brother Clarence Hines; and her daughter-in-law Sue Spane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
