She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Lowe and Lottie Vaughn Lowe; and her siblings, Zella Goings, Mary Faye Jarvis, RuNelle Moran, J. C. "Crissie" Lowe, Decosta Lowe, Bill Lowe, Frank Lowe, Doug Lowe and Mitchell Lowe.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Frankie Lowe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
