It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Delano Montgomery Sr. of Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Montgomery and Gertrude Montgomery; his wife Linda Jean Montgomery; and his pet Laci. He is survived by: his sons, Allan Scott Jr., DJ Montgomery and Ashley; his grandchildren, Samuel Scott, Rhea, Cory Scott and Paisley Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Scott and Nova Scott. He is also survived by his family and many friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Old Hollow Primitive Baptist Church (125 Maple Dr, Mt Airy, NC 27030).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, PO Box 325, Dobson, North Carolina 27017.
