He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lynn Creasey and Brian; his daughter-in-law Sandra Creasey; his granddaughter Shannon Willard of Westfield; his great grandchildren, Abrianna Simmons of Westfield and Ryker Simmons of Westfield; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia of Mount Airy, T. J. Hicks of Mount Airy, Trey Goins of Mount Airy, Drew Goins of Mount Airy, Belle Goins of Mount Airy, Isaac Chilton of Mount Airy, Hannah Chilton of Mount Airy and Sarah Chilton of Mount Airy; his aunt Mildred Adams of King; his uncle James (Hulda Creasey) of King; his pet Daisy Mae Creasey; and also, Amylynn Hicks of Mount Airy, Blaze Hicks of Mount Airy, Lea Anna of Mount Airy, Randy Goins of Mount Airy, Susan of Mount Airy and Jason Chilton of Mount Airy.
