She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Midkiff and Magdalene Nelson Midkiff; her siblings, Opal Lee Jones, Nancy Carol Reece, Sandra Gunter, Lonnie Midkiff, Johnny Midkiff, Jerry Midkiff and Jimmy Midkiff; and her close friend Leon Cook.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Midkiff, Debbie Midkiff, Joe Midkiff and Michael Midkiff.
