She was predeceased by: her parent Boss Patton; her husband Otis Lee Pack; her children, Ann Pack, Brenda Pack and Otis Pack; and her siblings, Catherine Pack Bowman, Nannie Mae Pack Fulp, Jimmy Pack, Herbert Pack, Randy Pack, Arthur Pack, Ray Pack and Grady Pack.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Princess Pack and Brandon "Bud" Pack; her great grandchildren, Chloe Quesinberry and Ella Quesinberry; her siblings, Rachel Pack Hawks and David Pack; her sister-in-law Geraldine; and her close friend Tammy Leftwich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
