She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Louise Ramey Wall; and her husband Gary Wayne Sechrist. She is survived by: her son Darren; her daughter-in-law Amanda Sechrist; her grandchildren, Connor Sechrist and Carlee Sechrist; her siblings, Stephanie (Joe Scales), Julie (Greg Perkins) and Greg; her sister-in-law Jennifer Wall; her nieces and nephews, Jordon, Crystal Wall, Bradley Wall, Madison Easter, Hillary Scales Caudle (Adam), Tyler, Sarah Scales, Owen Perkins and Olivia Perkins; her great-niece Lily Wall; her great-nephew Graham Scales; and her family Elvis.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ginger's memory may be made to local animal rescues or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospitals.
