She was predeceased by: her parents, Rae Bell and Dorothy Kyte Bell. She is survived by: her husband Charles Mack McKinney; her daughter Lisa Mirabile Evans; her stepdaughter Nora McKinney Schneider; her grandson Mason Schneider; her brother William Thomas; her sister-in-law Barbara Ann Flanagan; and her nieces, Sherry Boyd and Donna Fowles.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945, Zephyr Rd., Dobson, NC 27017.
