With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gates Jamey Goins (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on April 4, 2018 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Myrtle Sexton. He is survived by: his parents, Gates Junior and Mary White Goins; his sister Shelli Goins; his nieces and nephews, Kenyon Shore (Heather), Jarrod Shore, Sunie Shore, Kolten Shore, Eli Shore and Grace Shore; and his grandmother Alpha Pruett. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 401 Technology Lane, Suite 200, Mt. Airy, NC 27030 or the MS Society, 3101 Industrial Dr. #210, Raleigh, NC 27609.
