He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellard Grady and Mary Vernon Jarrell; and his siblings, Betty Jarrell Schuyler, Vera Jarrell Park, Julie Jarrell Jones, Becky Jarrell Swift, Ellis Jarrell, Daniel Jarrell, Ellard Vernon "Tom" Jarrell and Allen Jarrell.
He is survived by: his wife Linda D. Jarrell.
