He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pack and Laura Stevens Pack. He is survived by: his wife Christine Pack; and his sons, Jamie (Shannon Pack), Tommy Dale Pack and Rockey (Gretta Pack). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; sisters.
