He is survived by: his son Payton Blackburn Parker; his grandchild Knox Shipman; his sister Saundra Parker Jones; his niece Sarah Karnes Pascal; his nephews, David Parker and Jamie Karnes; his caregiver Barbara Blackburn; and his close friend Gracie.
