He was predeceased by: his parents, Brady Riggs and Lila Snow Riggs; his daughter-in-law Sherry Riggs; and his siblings, Louise Riggs Tucker, Lorene Riggs Marion, Irene Riggs Collins, Dorothy Riggs Casey, Elmer Riggs, Delmar Riggs and Brady Riggs, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Lee Frost Riggs; his sons, Tim (Margaret Riggs), Tommy Riggs, Tony (Teresa Riggs) and Travis Riggs; his stepchildren, Pam (David Flippin) and Greg (Debbie Edwards); and his sister Ellen Riggs Freeman. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
