He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Lemuel Winesett and Bertha Murphy Winesett; his wife Sophinie "Penny" Winesett; his sister Betty Lou Payne; and his brother-in-law Mondale Thomas Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda (Donald Jessup), Theresa (Fred Emery) and Frank Winesett, Jr. of Pfafftown; his grandchildren, Daniel, Michael, Aaron Jessup, Jessica Winesett-LaValley and Matt Winsett; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Jessup, Leah Jessup-Avila, Jonatan Avila, Kayla, Edward Kochin, Gabrielle, Nathan, Atlantis Jessup, Madison, Maverick Winesett, Carson Wheeler, Troy, Baron and Olivia LaValley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Plains Baptist Church (614 Old U. S. 601, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the same location.
