We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2023, at the age of 104, Frances Wolfe Gwyn of Mount Airy, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Wolfe Gwyn to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wolfe and Callie Rhea Wolfe; her husband Gibson Gwyn; her great grandchildren, Kaden Dowell and Gregory Upchurch; and her siblings, Eva Baker, Dimple Houston, Raymond and Rex Wolfe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Jones (Michael) and Sara Leach (Walter); and her grandchildren, Pamela Leach, Lauren Simmons (Kevin), Rebecca Dowell (Shawn) and Kelly Utt (Josh). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honor of Mrs. Gwyn to the charity of the donor's choice.
