She is survived by: her former husband David Lee Carter; her daughter Rita Galyean Savage (Craig); her grandchildren, Matthew Savage (Sarah), Megan Allison Ingle (Mike), James Allison, III, Adam Savage and Kendra Lafazia (Anthony); and her sisters, Shelby Moser Smith and Carol Moser Bryant (Wade). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
