He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Penn, and Keith Penn, Sr.; his grandparents, Thelma Dobson and Allen Mitchell, Sr. (Felipa); his siblings, Jullian Penn and Keith Penn, Jr.; his nephew Corneillus Penn; his aunts and uncles, Allen Mitchell, Jr. (Bessie), David, Jamie Penn, Clara Penn, Rhonda Penn, Linda Holt (Ed) and Vanessa Penn; and his godparents, Carol and Jerry Hardy. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
