She was predeceased by: her parents, Ilario Garcia and Rosa Ramirez Rodriguez; her husband Jose "Andres" Hernandez; her grandchild Everardo Hernandez; and her siblings, Genoveva Garcia, Gregorio Garcia and Jose Garcia.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Hernandez, Jose (Carmen Hernandez), Ruben (Margarita Hernandez) and Abel (Isabel Hernandez); and her siblings, Maria Luisa Garcia, Maria Elena Garcia and Anastacio Garcia. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren.
