She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Leftwich and Ollie Jones Leftwich; her husband Rayford Lee Fain; and her children, Donald Lee Fain (Donnie) and Wanda Elizabeth Fain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Groves and Elaine Noah (Allen); her grandchildren, Todd Fain (Susan), Wayne Booth (Sheree), Lee Morrison, Susan Alley (Matthew) and Steven Morrison (Lauren); her stepgrandchildren, Allen Noah III and Cary Ann Williams (Kevin); and her siblings, Vera Combs, Joyce Mondie, Connie Hensley, Carolyn Bregel (John) and Ernest Leftwich (Linda). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
