She was predeceased by: her son Tommy C. Harper; her parents, Booker McGrady and Eula McGrady; her sister Joy Daniel; her brothers-in-law, Don Daniel and Buck Smith; and her close friend Betty Sue Baldwin.
She is survived by: her husband Donald G. Halsey of Salmon, Idaho; her children, April Mitchell (Billy) and Joe Harper of Troutdale; her stepchildren, Janice Richardson of Lake Havasu, Sherry Halsey of Salmon and Todd Halsey of Ogden, Utah; her siblings, Virginia Smith of Troutdale and Joseph B. McGrady of Marion; and her grandchildren, Tommy, Andy Harper, Beth Bunn and Jason Mitchell. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
