She was predeceased by: her brother Donnie Joe Hull, II; her stepfather C. W. Atkins; her grandparents, James Dollyhigh, Johnny Fleming, Edd and Alpha Hull; and her great-grandparents, Lester, Mamie Dollyhigh, Elmer and Frances Kidd.
She is survived by: her parents, Debbie Dollyhigh Atkins of Mount Airy and Donnie Joe Hull; her children, Trenton Clark of Mount Airy and Addyson Clark of Mount Airy; her stepmother Rebecca Hull of Mount Airy; her brothers, Kevin (Rebecca Hull) of Mount Airy and Kenny (Autumn Hull) of Mount Airy; her grandparents, Janice Fleming of Mount Airy, Leon of Mount Airy and Rachel Puckett of Mount Airy; her aunt Gina "Nina" Dollyhigh of Mount Airy; the father of her children Jason Clark; her pets, Max and Macie; and also Myra "Mimi" Harrell of Mount Airy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
