He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessi Cole Beverly; his grandparents, Oscar, Loraine Midkiff Patterson, Elmer and Margie Slate Beverly; and his in-laws, Johnny and Geraldene Sawyers.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sawyers Beverly; his parents, Donald Gray Beverly (Mabelene) and Donna Patterson Keck (Roger); his children, Morgan Grae Beverly (Josh), Jarred Seal (Marinda), Jonathan Seal, Emily Stevens (Dustin) and Ethan Seal (Katie); his grandchildren, Jaxon Poliquin, Sage Poliquin, Isabella Seal, Katie Seal, Evan Seal, Lily Stevens, Sawyer Seal and Sylvie Seal; and his siblings, Todd Beverly (Kim), Kevin Beverly (Becky) and Terri Beverly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
