It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dillard Arlis Eaton of Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Dillard Arlis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dillard Arlis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at the Mountain View Primitive Baptist Church (4282 Willis Gap Rd, Ararat, VA 24053).
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
