He is survived by: his wife Gaye Fleming Blackburn; his daughters, Anita Bowman (John Catron) and Shannon Prince (Frank Prince); his grandchildren, Cody Bowman, Ashley Bowman, Morgan Prince and Caitlin Prince; his great grandchildren, Tayvin Roberson, Declan Bowman and Derek Bowman; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Kay Blackburn, Haven Ann Blackburn, Neil Blackburn and Lavin Puckett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
