David Puckett Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Reece and Bertha Hicks Puckett; his siblings, Paola Daniel, Wade Puckett, Sylvia, Bertha May, Brenda, Princess and Gracie; and his grandsons, Owen Weston Puckett and Matthew Lane Puckett.
He is survived by: his son Adam Puckett (Gloria); his grandchildren, Zachary Jones and Emily Puckett Smith (Douglas); and his great grandchildren, Justin Thomas Smith, Sydney Michelle Smith and Crichton Vaughn Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the USO.
